View reports and staff development activities and approve your staff members’ development requests online.

Help - Logging into myLearning

For Corrective Services NSW staff who wish to access myLearning your employee number is CS000 + your serial number - no spaces (eg CS0001007559)

For Juvenile Justice staff who wish to access myLearning your employee number must have a total length of 10 digits, if your employee number is 7 digits you must add JJ0 (zero) (eg JJ0XXXXXXX) no spaces, if it is 8 digits just add JJ (eg JJXXXXXXXX) no spaces.

All other Department of Justice staff who wish to access myLearning use your employee numbers.

If you have forgot your password, please select the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link and enter your employee number or email address to receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you have not received your password reset within 15 minutes, please send an email to mylearning and the eLearning team will reply as soon as possible.

Note: The password for myLearning will not change unless you choose to update it yourself.

Search, view and nominate for workshops and eLearning courses.

Access and complete a large range of eLearning courses.

See your booking in the “Current bookings” section, once approved by your manager.

View your complete history anytime in the 'Booking History' section

View and add learning in the "Workplace Learning' menu option

Access your 'Learning Passport' report in the 'View reports' menu option.
